You have the option of speaking to a representative by holding the line or you can choose to use the automated telephone system. From this system you can:
- Check claim status.
- Get information about the mail-order pharmacy or refill your mail-order prescription
- Check eligibility.
- Get important phone numbers such as Behavioral Health, hospital admission pre-approval, and numbers for other railroad insurance companies such as Aetna for dental coverage.
