The Pharmacy Directory gives you a list of Plan network pharmacies.
The Pharmacy Directory is a list of the pharmacies participating in the Plan. Please remember that most local and national chain pharmacies are participating with the Plan network. Because our Plan is a national plan, all network pharmacies cannot be listed in a directory. Your pharmacist can tell you if their pharmacy is participating with the Plan simply by showing them your ID card.
As a member of our Plan we will send you a Pharmacy Directory upon request by calling our Customer Services Department from 7:30 am through 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, Mountain Time at 800-547-0421. TTY/TDD users please call 711 national access number.
